Investors are presented with two options:
1.) the first entails receiving a fixed 10% interest rate for 12 months, paid quarterly. Agreements are formalized through a promissory note, with investors securing a UCC-1 lien on the fund LLC.
2.) The second option invites investors to join the fund LLC as Class A members, entitling them to an 8% preferred premium per annum, paid quarterly. Additionally, factoring in the potential upside from the 50:50 revenue splits post preferred premiums and costs, investors opting for the second choice should anticipate an annual return ranging from 15% to 18% on their contribution. Moreover, Class A members of our LLC, will receive a pro-rata share of the selling price when we liquidate the assets from the fund.
